Shipping & Returns

Shipping costs are estimated at checkout.  We reserve the right to verify the address and shipping costs offline and will let you know of any changes.  Fees must be paid before the shipment will be released.

Please make sure to indicate if residential shipping is required.  There is an additional $3 fee.

Packages 48" and longer will have an additional special handling fee of $8 added per package.

We do offer local pickup - just choose in-store pickup when checking out and we'll send you an order note when your order is ready for pickup.

BREAKAGE Coverage is an additional charge. Most couriers have a "Shippers Risk" group of items that they will not insure but we have found one that will so we are offering that coverage at checkout.

Please note this is not replacement, but is a credit for the amount paid of the product.

We must be notified within 30 days of any issues, sent photos and all packaging kept.

If your order calculates to over 100lbs we need to manually calculate your shipping for you, so please send us an email to and we'll get right back to you.

Estimated regular delivery time is stated on each product.  Expedited shipping is available.  All products that are in stock will ship by 3:00 pm (MST) daily if your order is received by 2:00 pm (MST).  These orders should arrive within 1 - 3 days for Western destinations and 3 - 5 days for Eastern destinations.  Please call for estimated delivery times and any additional fees for special order and/or unstocked product.  You can also track your order online by logging into your account and checking the order details.

Our website will use ground shipping by default.  If you require your order faster, please contact us prior to placing your online order.

Returns of unwanted merchandise must be returned within 30 days in its original condition. These returns must be approved by Quality Digital Solutions and will be subject to a 20% restock fee.
Any credit that might be given will be setup as an In Store Credit ONLY.

 All vinyl is custom cut, and they are not eligible for refund or return! 


  • Change of Mind Returns: “Change of mind” includes purchases you have made in error (e.g. accidentally ordered the wrong type, size, or color), and/or Unwanted gifts.
  • Third Party Returns: This are the items that you sold to your customers. If they are unhappy or unsatisfied about it, it will be your responsibility to fix it.
  • All sale or discounted items: We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items purchased on sale or clearance.
  • Ink and Toner: All ink, toner and drums are final sale. We do not accept any return or exchanges on ink, toners or drums.
  • All vinyl:  All vinyl are final sale. We do not accept any return or exchanges on vinyl.
