ThermoFlex® Plus is available in a huge range of colors- over 100! Plus comes in 71 colors with a matte finish, 8 metallic, 6 neon, 18 metal flake, and 4 glossy to create whatever your heart desires!

Most colors of ThermoFlex® Plus may be applied in layers for multi-colored designs, with the exception of the Neon colors, Antique Silver, Graphite, Bronze, Old Gold, Copper Gold, Dark Copper, the Metal Flake colors, and Columbia Blue. These colors cannot have layers adhered on top of them, although we have successfully layered these products on top of other colors.

ThermoFlex® PLUS will NOT adhere to nylon. Be advised that dye migration has occurred with low energy dyes in polyester and poly-blend fabrics. For nylon and other heat sensitive materials we recommend the new ThermoFlex TURBO product which we will be switching over to for all colors that are available. Then you will have one heat transfer vinyl for all substrates.

Application instructions for moisture-wicking materials:
Damp a cloth with rubbing alcohol (isopropyl alcohol), then gently apply it to the area on the garment you want to apply your design. Allow it to dry and apply your material. This will allow better adhesion to the garment.

Application instructions for dazzle cloth & shiny polyester materials:
We highly recommend that you TEST prior to doing large runs. Coated polyester can routinely cause adhesion issues.
